1.Wat Phra Kaew is commonly known as Temple of the Emerald Buddha and officially as Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram. You can get to Wat Phra Kaew by direct taxi or tuk tuk (three wheelers) ride or take the Chaophraya Express Boat to the Chang Pier (Tha Chang). At Wat Phra Kaew you will find the Emerald Buddha carved from a single piece of Jade and The robes on the Buddha are changed every season by The King of Thailand.
2.Wat Pho The temple has the largest collection of Buddha images in Thailand including a 46 meters long and 15 meters high reclining Buddha. You can spend your day exploring the grandeur architecture and pamper yourself at many foot massage parlours near offered nearby. Opposite to the Grand Palace is a very big park called Sanam Luang where you can spend your evening surveying around local street shopping.
3.Wat Arun or the Temple of Dawn situated on the west bank of Chaophraya River and almost opposite to Wat Pho. You can book yourself a Chaophraya river cruise ride or long tail boat ride to get to the temple and at the same time admire family homes along the river. Wat Arun is well renowned for its tremendous prang, a tower on the Chao Phra river bank built in Khmer architectural style.
